Our client requires a systems administrator to lead the technical planning, design, and execution of a large scale transition from legacy Novell OES environments to modern file sharing and directory platforms such as Windows Server with Active Directory, Azure Files, AWS FSx, SharePoint Online or Linux Samba. Duties include overseeing migration strategy, permission mapping, environment readiness, and cross division coordination to ensure a seamless transformation. The resource will also provide post migration support and guide business units through discovery, requirements, and decommissioning activities
Work is hybrid with 3 days a week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.
