You will deliver frontline Level 1 & 2 technical support across complex IT and cyber platforms. You'll maintain and administer infrastructure and endpoints, support upgrades and maintenance, manage assets, and assist with cyber exercises and training activities. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, coordination with cross‑functional teams, and occasional travel or shift work.
