**Job Description**
+ **Daily Monitoring:** Monitor enterprise backup dashboards daily to ensure all scheduled jobs complete successfully and meet success rate targets.
+ **Incident Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures or warnings by analyzing logs, checking network connectivity, and fixing client-agent issues.
+ **Data Restoration:** Execute data recovery requests—ranging from single files to full Virtual Machines or databases—within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ **Storage Management:** Manage disk and tape storage targets, including handling tape rotations, offsite media transfers, and library hardware maintenance.
+ **Capacity Planning:** Proactively monitor storage utilization trends and alert management when capacity thresholds are approached to prevent job failures.
