- Collaborate with clients to understand and document IT support needs.
- Analyse processes and recommend system improvements.
- Provide ongoing support for financial and logistics modules.
- Troubleshoot and deploy system enhancements with IT teams.
- Optimise workflows and reporting for operational efficiency.
- Generate performance reports and maintain dashboards.
- Deliver training and create user documentation.
- 3+ years' experience in financial/logistics IT systems support.
- Exposure to commodity trading workflows and platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous
