Job Description
The Systems Analyst is responsible for the installation, implementation, maintenance, and execution of upgrades and installs for new or current application products of Infor XA. In addition, this position is responsible for internal and external data that is attached to the Infor XA product. The Systems Analyst will also need to do light programming in RPG / RPGLE / CLP. This position reports to the Senior Director of IT.
Responsibilities - (Responsible activities)
Ensure AS400 and Infor XA ERP are functioning properly to carry out business functions by monitoring system activity to ensure unrestricted flow of business transactions; system operator messages, halts, conflicts.
Evaluate system upgrades against business requirements for Infor XA and AS400(PTFs) including understanding and providing guidance to business when enabling new features or modifying tailoring questions.
