Systems Analyst (OnSite)

Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the Systems Analyst maintains the County computer, communication/dispatch, network, and telephone systems. The position is also responsible for but not limited to providing technical support for computers, tablets, radios and mobile phones and various applications.

Position Responsibilities

Systems Administration and Maintenance

1. Maintain and update FDM, Cams, Pro-Q-A, Report Exec, QGIS, Avanti, Questica, Dynamics, Pearl, Munisight, etc.;
   
2. Support services for Microsoft Technologies like Windows 11, Windows Server, Exchange, Office365, SharePoint etc.;
   
3. Provide continual maintenance of radio, dispatch, tower and telephone networks within Yellowhead County;
   
4. Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration of County radio/dispatch system;
   
5. Troubleshoot and replace radios in fleet;
