Position Summary


We’re seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to help shape and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to improve processes, enhance platform capabilities, and support long-term scalability. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on configuration to ensure Salesforce drives efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
  • Document functional designs, user stories, and support UAT within the Salesforce lifecycle.
  • Optimize Salesforce workflows, data, and reporting; provide Tier 2 support.
  • Develop training materials, lead user sessions, and drive platform adoption.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce features (AI, automation, Revenue Cloud, etc.) and recommend enhancements.
  • Manage integrations with ERP, finance, and customer service platforms; ensure data integrity and scalability.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certs preferred.
  • Strong configuration, data management, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce lifecycle, governance, and change management.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
