Role Overview

As a Systems Analyst you will be the key link between sales, marketing and market intelligence supporting system-related processes across Latin America. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic insight to optimize marketing & sales performance.

Typical Day

  • Collaborate with the LA sales & marketing team to resolve system-related issues (CRM, BI, ERP) and coordinate with IT when needed.
  • Collect, structure and analyze internal and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Promote a data-driven and analytical culture within the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between business areas and market intelligence ensuring alignment and actionable insights.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements in marketing intelligence.
