Position Overview
The new resource will be supporting Cluster's RPA delivery lead in design, develop and configure, test, deploy Cluster's RPA project. The resource will also engage Cluster's business stakeholders to implement RPA processes, help with management of vendors and maintenance of RPA Bots for all stakeholders in Cluster HQ and sites.
Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with CWH ALPS ICT systems IT owners/SMEs and/or Vendors to understand detailed system flow to facilitate automation of business processes
Identify, ideate and assess RPA opportunities with business stakeholders
Work with business stakeholders to design, build, implement and support RPA projects including Cost Benefit Analysis review (CBA)
Conduct user requirements workshops for process discovery, process analysis and documentation of requirement specification
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors as required
