Overview

Manage daily incident reports and requests submitted by employees at the corresponding Safran plant. They are responsible for assisting and guiding customers/users through the support cycle, from creating a support ticket to verifying and tracking the resolution

Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.
  • Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
  • Manage customer incidents and requests within the IT service management system.
  • Participate in and ensure compliance with security projects and guidelines.
  • Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.
