This role focuses on managing and supporting Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Leave & Absence. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Compensation, handle O&M activities (access requests, incidents, enhancements), and contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting Workday integrations and EIBs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Workday HCM modules (Core, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Leave & Absence).
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compensation stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
- Handle O&M activities: access requests, incidents, service requests, enhancements, and projects.
- Contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades: testing, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
