Systems and Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelor/Master in a relevant field - Experience in similar environments (primarily on-premise) - Mastery of virtualization environments (Proxmox, TrueNAS) and Linux systems - Good knowledge of networks (MikroTik, UniFi) and AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront) - Good knowledge of Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and version control (GitLab) - Familiarity with Windows systems - Proficient in French (spoken/written), good command of professional English - Valid driving license

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and evolve the IT infrastructure - Diagnose technical incidents (software, network) remotely and onsite - Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support - Disseminate technical support materials (written or video) - Participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and tools - Collaborate with various teams to integrate needs into the global infrastructure
