  • To improve quality of sales and dealer systems processes

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

a) Qualifications

MBA / BE. Preferably both

b) Work Experience

Field sales Or Dealer Sales Process Management

3-6 years of experience

Worked in Zonal/Regional office managing Dealers/Sales Processes

Preferably Automobile

Understanding of Scorecard monitoring, excellence, customer experience, touchpoints, operational excellence, 360 dealer evaluation. Customer delight index, satisfaction index.
