Our Client is looking to bring on a local to Miami Florida Gaming Systems Application Owner that will serve as the hands on operational owner and subject matter expert for assigned shipboard and shoreside gaming applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business needs. The day involves monitoring application health, managing incidents, coordinating resolution efforts, and partnering with IT teams, vendors, compliance, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. The Application Owner supports enhancements and configuration changes by gathering requirements, validating solutions, and participating in testing and release planning to minimize business disruption. They provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to shipboard teams, maintain documentation and operational procedures, participate in post mortem reviews, and identify opportunities for process improvements or system optimization.
