Provide a short description of the Position: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and services, with a focus on Active Directory and identity management, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, Windows server operations, and 3rd party application support. The role also includes responsibilities in maintaing security and audit compliance. Adherance to ITIL processes such as incident, problem and request management via ServiceNow. and infrastructure support for key business applications. This position requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations.
