Design, implement, and manage VMware-based infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline data center operations.Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture and standards.Provide technical guidance and support for OS-level configurations and troubleshooting.Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all system designs and implementations.
