Primary Skills:

  • Leads and plans upgrades, changes, or implementations for System Center Configuration Manager Components while following established change control procedures.
  • Experience in MS Intune and Entra.
  • Understanding on the road map of Managing End User systems with respect to Applications, Hardware, and Operating System.
  • Experience in Managing Windows 10 & 11.
  • Front end customer discussion and solution for End user IT infrastructure.
  • Good Experience in Windows 11 VDI solutions.
  • Develop implementation plan for EUC related solution based on IT strategies and business requirements.

Enforce infrastructure architecture execution as well as ongoing refinement tasks

Secondary Skills:

Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
