We are looking for Systems Consultant for our Application Monitoring teamwith 4+ years  of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India. The team are co-working with colleagues in Norway, Sweden and Poland. 

Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)/Work from Office (Hybrid) 

Work Hours: 24/7 shift solution on rotation 

The Application Monitoring Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and scalability of applications in the Retail and Wholesale business unit. You will be responsible for monitoring real-time issues, resolving anomalies, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring high availability and reliability for end-users. Your insights will drive proactive actions for system improvements and future growth planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify & Resolve Issues : Monitor and detect performance issues, errors, and anomalies, ensuring minimal downtime and user impact.
  • Optimize Performance : Analyze application data to identify bottlenecks, optimize resources, and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure Availability & Reliability : Track key metrics to ensure applications are running reliably, addressing issues promptly to maintain high uptime.
  • Capacity Planning & Scalability : Use resource utilization data to anticipate growth and help scale applications as needed to meet increasing demand.

    • You are the ideal candidate if:

  • Good understanding of Agile Development methodologies and tools, including cloud and monitoring tools such as Azure, Nimsoft (DXUIM), Grafana, and Zabbix Cloud.
  • Experience in operating systems and server management with Windows Server, Linux and database management with SQL Server.
  • Experience with development and deployment tools such as Visual Studio Code, GitHub, PDQ and Testing and API tools like SoapUI and Postman.
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira and Analytics tools like Kibana.
  • 3+ years of experience in application monitoring, preferably in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and geographies.
