Systems Engineer

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a mid to senior-level Systems Engineer to support the new NASA Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Project Office focused on overcoming the key technical, regulatory and social challenges facing the urban air mobility (UAM) business case, which includes both scheduled and on-demand air transportation of passenger and cargo around metropolitan areas. In support to the NASA AAM Project, personnel will also work closely with Industry and the Federal Aviation Administration on addressing the challenges mentioned above.

MTSI’s role is to provide engineering and technical services required to support the enablement of ARMD’s UAM vision and strategy. Key project deliverables include the UAM System Engineering Management Plan, Public Outreach Strategy, AAM CONOPs, System Architectures, Requirements, and Guidance Material.
