TEKsystems customer has an upcoming position that the main thing is someone committed to the role and ready to join full time in the future. Strong on the technical part but also someone who has great leadership and can interact really well with the customers. Interact in the appropriate way to collect information and ask the right questions. Come across as a partner to the clients. The role in the near future is more externally facing. They will be leading technical conversations. Do work but guide others on the team.
Need to know where they are going with everything and the deliverables they are working towards. Understand the “what” on what is trying to be produced. Could consider candidates that aren’t in leadership yet but ability to get there.
Would prefer that they are able to be on site in a hybrid role a couple days/week. INCOSE certification isn’t required but affiliation indicates they are talking about the same type of systems engineering. Participant...
