Job Description

  • Performs installation and provides post-sales support for external customers at the shortest possible time to ensure that the targeted and reasonable Turnaround time is achieved.
  • Conduct continuous study, testing and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills. Acquire technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations.
  • Provide support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo, and Presentations.
  • Provide in-house IT support to the internal IT of the servers and storages of Microgenesis.
  • Conduct trainings to internal and external customers and co-engineers (cross training)
  • Prepare, update, and submit CRM, e-mail activity reports, and service slips, and continuously coordinate with the TSC Coordinator.
