Job Description
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Undertakes or supervises complex installations and de-installations of systems or components. Identifies and describes the design goals for systems, products, services and devices.- Configures system software for required functionality and performance. Investigates and resolves system software problems, requesting action from the supplier if required.- Provisions/installs, configures and maintains infrastructure services and components to include performance and security events. Operational ownership of key infrastructure components. Investigates minor security breaches in accordance with established procedures. Assists users in defining their access rights and privileges.- Designs system components using appropriate modeling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology.
