Systems Engineer II

The System Engineer II role is an individual contributor within the Citizen Development and Automation team and part of the Digital Workplace Technology organization. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions in support of the bank’s 20,000+ citizen developers, as well as the maintenance, support and improvement of these innovative technologies. The System Engineer will test and manage features and functionality, troubleshooting complex technical issues while addressing end user requests for assistance. The System Engineer must balance strong technical knowledge with sound business acumen to satisfy our internal customers and fulfill our technology strategic objectives.
