Skills :

• IT Support : Work with desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
• Endpoint Management : Manage desktops, laptops, and IP phones.
• Server Administration : Implement and administer servers.
• Network Services : Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• LAN Infrastructure : Basic administration of switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Service Requests : Handle service requests and incidents, analyze root causes, and meet SLA targets.
• System and Network Issues : Resolve 1st and 2nd level IT incidents and requests.
• Management Tools : Familiar with capacity and availability management tools.
• Asset Management : Manage assets and generate IT reports.
