Overview:

Manage infrastructure operations for large enterprise environments, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations in data centers.
• Administer Active Directory, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, servers, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and security tools.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and ensure system uptime.
• Provide 24/7 support exposure and manage service desk operations.
• Ensure security compliance and proper hardware disposal.

Mandatory Skills

• 3-4 years experience in infrastructure operations for large enterprises (10,000+ users).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, Hyper-V, VMware, IIS, MDT servers, and antivirus servers.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, storage, firewalls, and IT security practices.
• Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, ITIL.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365).
