Manage infrastructure operations for large enterprise environments, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations in data centers.
- Administer Active Directory, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, servers, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and security tools.
- Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and ensure system uptime.
- Provide 24/7 support exposure and manage service desk operations.
- Ensure security compliance and proper hardware disposal.
Mandatory Skills
- 3-4 years experience in infrastructure operations for large enterprises (10,000+ users).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, Hyper-V, VMware, IIS, MDT servers, and antivirus servers.
