Job Description
Summary: The Senior Systems Engineer will play a key role in the design, deployment, and support of data center and AI infrastructure solutions. The role involves working closely with enterprise customers, OEM partners, and internal sales teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for high-performance computing, AI workloads, and cloud data centers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Architect, configure, and deploy NVIDIA GPU and Supermicro server solutions for data center and
- enterprise environments.
- Design scalable compute, storage, and networking architectures aligned with customer and project
- requirements.
- Perform system integration, benchmarking, and performance tuning.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for NVIDIA DGX systems, Supermicro servers, and related
- infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues, coordinating with vendors (NVIDIA,
- Supermicro) for escalations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, incidents, and solutions.
- Collaboration & Partner Engagement
- Work closely with NVIDIA and Supermicro technical teams for solution validation and product
- updates.
- Support MBUZZ sales and presales teams in customer engagements, demos, and proof-of-concept
- (POC) implementations.
- Participate in partner training, certifications, and enablement programs to stay updated with
- emerging technologies.
- Data Center Management
- Manage on-premise and hosted lab environments for testing, evaluation, and demos.
- Ensure adherence to data center standards related to power, cooling, cabling, and security.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare system design documents, deployment guides, and test reports.
- Maintain accurate asset and configuration records in coordination with project and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in data center or enterprise
- infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of NVIDIA GPU architectures (DGX, HGX, CUDA, AI/ML frameworks).
- Proficiency with Supermicro server platforms, BIOS/firmware management, and IPMI tools.
- Familiarity with data center networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand) and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and Linux/Windows server
- environments.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI infrastructure management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Certifications (Preferred):
- NVIDIA Certified Professional (NCP/NGCA)
- Supermicro Certified Engineer
- VMware VCP / Cisco CCNP / Red Hat RHCE
