  • Experience in L2 Service Desk / Technical Support providing remote support for laptops and desktops.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Office applications installation and troubleshooting.
  • Software installations , wireless connectivity, email, and printing issues.
  • Active Directory , antivirus, imaging, and patch management.
  • Troubleshooting Internet-related applications (email clients, browsers) and Office Suites (Microsoft O365) .
  • Experience configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and ability to generate reports.
  • Knowledge of Service Desk tools .
  • Excellent communication skills .
  • Flexibility for shifts and work from office (mandatory).
