Role- Systems Engineer - IT Service Management- L2 Support-Voice
Experience-3+Years

Education-BE/BTECH
Notice Period-Immediate joiners
Experience in L2 Service Desk / Technical Support providing remote support for laptops and desktops.
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft Office applications installation and troubleshooting.
Software installations , wireless connectivity, email, and printing issues.
Active Directory , antivirus, imaging, and patch management.
Troubleshooting Internet-related applications (email clients, browsers) and Office Suites (Microsoft O365) .
Experience configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android).
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ability to generate reports.
Knowledge of Service Desk tools .
Excellent communication skills .
Flexibility for shifts and work from office (mandatory).
