**The Role**
+ Engineers and manages the data infrastructure for Workjam, ensuring data is structured, stored, and accessed efficiently and securely, in alignment with GM manufacturing and HR/business needs.
+ Acts as the application systems engineer for manufacturing collaboration platforms, with Workjam as a primary platform, driving feature development and system functionality across the enterprise.
+ Works closely with business stakeholders, platform owners, and technical teams to design and deliver solutions that support frontline/deskless workforce use cases in plants.
