Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Operations and Maintenance team, ensure the reliable and stable functioning of the customer's internal systems and servers.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding the renewal and management of hardware and software maintenance agreements.
  • Provide recommendations to the Team Head aimed at improving operational efficiency and maintenance workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to act as the main point of contact between the customer's Head Office and the Singapore Branch for operational matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in constructing Windows server systems, including server deployment, application installation, and transitioning systems to the application team, along with expertise in Windows client provisioning and support.
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining VMware environments, including managing vCenter and ESXi.
  • Deliver level 2 and level 3 support for infrastructure tools such as Backup, Monitoring, Anti-Virus, and Job Management, with experience in system engineering across the Plan, Build, Run, and Optimize phases.
  • Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python, with experience in developing applications using Power Apps and Power Automate considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office) and hands-on experience with network configuration including ACLs and Firewalls.
  • Well-versed in IT Service Management practices, with practical experience in Cloud Services (Azure, AWS) and database systems such as SQL Server.
