General Responsibilities

  • Design, install, administer and support data center systems, equipment, and applications to achieve optimum performance. These systems may include but are not limited to Microsoft Windows, SQL, IIS, Exchange, as well as VMware, AS/400, and Linux servers.
  • Rack and install HP & Dell server hardware in the Data Centers.
  • Administer O365 Suite as well as Google Workspace Suite of products.
  • Support Cloud Infrastructures including but not limited to Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Provide technical consultation and assistance to users, helpdesk and other technical users.
