Responsibilities
Requirements System and sub-system requirement identification should seek to link common requirements across PP&E projects via a requirements management tool, for example, DOORS. Requirements should be grouped as either Standard (or Common) Requirement or Project Specific (non-Common) Requirement. This to reduce duplication of requirement for each project and to provide a mechanism to measure and manage PP&E ‘standardisation’ (commonality) across the live projects.Engaging with end users to clarify and validate requirements through the design phase.Confirming that the proposed design meets user needs.Facilitating stakeholder workshops.Managing requirements using DOORS.
