  • Must be a U.S.

    • Citizen Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph required Bachelor’s degree OR at least 4 years of experience relevant to a technical function  Ability to develop well documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable requirements supporting Sponsor development activities Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking to analyzing technical projects and programs to identify technical risks that may impact successful delivery of a developed capability.


  • Demonstrated experience in developing Concept of Operations diagrams using industry best practices by meeting with project stakeholders  Demonstrated experience in forecasting technologies and products related to the advancement the Sponsors mission area.
