**What You Will Do** **:**
The Systems Engineering Management (SEM) Lead will drive systems engineering execution across multiple threads, ensuring technical rigor, process compliance, and alignment with the federal national security agency's mission objectives and long‑term vision.

+ Lead and manage systems engineering teams (requirements, risk, schedule)
+ Oversee engineering review boards (ERBs) and technical documentation
+ Coordinate end‑to‑end systems engineering across components and threads
