**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineering Manager for the Lab Operations team which is responsible for leading high‑skill technical efforts across flight‑simulation and hardware‑in‑the‑loop lab environments.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineering Manager you will be responsible for driving program execution and functional leadership to ensure world‑class simulation support for iconic aircraft.

+ Lead and mentor a high‑skill technical team across multiple flight‑simulation and hardware‑in‑the‑loop labs.
+ Oversee program execution, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for advanced development programs.
