We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

### **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Microsoft Intune Administration**:

- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for modern device management.

- Configure and deploy policies, compliance settings, and app protection policies.

- Manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.

- Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and other Microsoft services.

2. **SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)**:

- Oversee SCCM infrastructure, including server configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

- Manage software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment (OSD).

- Create and maintain SCCM reports using SQL and WQL.

- Ensure compliance with software and hardware inventory processes.

3. **Active Directory (AD)**:

- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions.

- Implement and troubleshoot AD-integrated services for SCCM and Intune.

- Ensure secure and efficient authentication and authorization processes.

4. **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide L3-level support for complex technical issues related to Intune, SCCM, and AD.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Intune, SCCM, and AD.

- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and security.

- Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

### **Required Skills**:

- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11.

- Familiarity with Azure AD, conditional access, and cloud-based security solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

### **Experience**:

- 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Intune, SCCM, and AD.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale deployments and troubleshooting complex issues.

### **Certifications (Preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

- ITIL Foundation Certification.
