Overview

We''re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing Systems Engineering Team as Team Leader. The role is primarily focused on technical delivery of projects across the MTC. You will report to our Systems Engineering Manager and work across various technology departments, industrial sectors, and customers. This is a great opportunity for somebody who''s already acting as Team Leader or looking to step up and take on additional responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading Systems Engineering activities on a wide range of challenging projects, ensuring outputs meet customer expectations within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Developing and implementing Systems Engineering processes, templates and tools.
• Providing Systems Engineering technical expertise and governance, including nurturing earlier-career stage engineers in their technical development.
