Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Systems Integration Engineer for a long term contract outside IR35 to take a lead role in a high-impact sonar system upgrade.
This isn't just a process role; you will be the technical glue on the right-hand side of the V-Model , driving the integration of complex sensors, signal processing firmware, and bespoke software for the UK’s maritime defense sector.
As a key link between the design team and the customer, you will ensure that cutting-edge naval technology transitions from the lab to successful field acceptance.
The Role
- Drive Integration: Lead the system and sub-system integration phases, ensuring hardware and software work in perfect harmony.
- Test & Qualify: Execute hands-on testing and qualification, working closely with external test houses to meet MoD and European standards (CE/UKCA)
