About the Role

As a Technical Systems Support Engineer, you will provide end‑to‑end operational support for critical applications, systems, databases, and middleware services. You’ll troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensure system reliability, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to support production environments at scale.
