About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced RF Optimization Engineer to support pre‑integration, integration validation, and preliminary optimization for new builds and mods in Verizon markets (Ericsson RAN). You’ll apply and verify golden parameters, ensure site health in Apex‑controlled domains, perform bounded first‑tier neighbor checks, and produce an audit‑ready closeout package for acceptance. This role is milestone‑driven and scope‑bounded to the impacted site plus first‑tier adjacency.
