Job Description
Description Support enterprise electronic security platforms including Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), Emergency Communications, Infant/Pediatric Protection (RFID), Intrusion Alarm, and Visitor Management systems
Configure and maintain application-level system settings, user permissions, and device integrations
Perform system testing, validation, and deployment of vendor-supported upgrades and patches
Monitor scheduled data exchanges between electronic security systems and enterprise applications
Generate operational reports, audits, and system performance metrics
Coordinate service restoration and troubleshooting with the Help Desk, Network Services, and vendors
Support vendors and contractors during physical system installations, expansions, and upgrades
Participate in IT service management processes related to incident response, problem resolution, and system changes
