Systems Simulation & Robustness Engineer Ford Champ

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Simulation & Robustness Engineer to lead the design, 
validation, and optimization of complex vehicle features. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap 
between architectural design and verification using Systems Engineering (SE) methodologies. 
You will be responsible for ensuring feature robustness through rigorous simulation (SiL), 
automated testing (BDD), and failure mode avoidance processes (DFMEA) within an Agile 
environment

Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, 
or related field.
• Simulation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Matlab Simulink
• Coding Skills: Strong working knowledge of Python for scripting and test automation.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with BDD/Gherkin and test automation workflows.
