Job Overview

Reporting to the Systems Manager, as the Systems Support Administrative Assistant you are responsible for maintenance and support of the Point of Sale (POS) systems, data, and support systems used by the business unit. You support system usage by providing an optimal and user-friendly experience to enhance operational efficiency. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating reports for management and employee usage.
  • Supporting employee training on system operations related to their position and needs.
  • Staying current on the latest technological advancements and providing support on system integration and enhancements opportunities to help facilitate business operations and processes.
  • Supporting the implementation and training of any newly adopted systems.
  • Troubleshooting and correcting system errors to maintain operational efficiencies.
