As we expand, we're looking for passionate, proactive professionals to join our Customer Operations & Success team and help us make a real impact on healthcare safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical and systems support requests from our customers and partners.
- Ensure the seamless performance of our cloud-based platform and IoT monitoring systems.
- Work closely with our Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver proactive, customer-centric solutions.
