**Job Description Summary**
The Advanced Programs Systems Engineering and Flight Test team is responsible for the design, development, vehicle integration, and testing of military and derivative commercial gas turbines, integrated propulsion, power, and thermal management systems, as well as leading breakthrough military technology programs.
As a Systems Test Staff Engineer, you will plan, execute integrated system and engine tests that validate propulsion, power, and thermal management performance across development phases. You will define test strategies and requirements, develop test methods and instrumentation plans, author procedures, and ensure safe, compliant test execution. You will lead cross-functional coordination with design, analytics, controls, and integration teams to translate requirements into testable configurations, resolve anomalies, and drive root-cause and corrective actions.
