  • Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents, Problems und Changes (2nd/3rd Level) 
  • Analyse und Lösung von Störungen im Workplace-Umfeld
  • Betrieb von Windows-11-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Verwaltung von Microsoft Entra joined Clients (Cloud-only)
  • Betreuung von AVD und Windows 365 Cloud PCs
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Softwarepaketen (PSADT) sowie Lifecycle Management
  • Treiber- und Firmwaremanagement über Intune

    • Profil

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune im produktiven Betrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Entra joined Clients (cloud only)
  • Erfahrung mit AVD & Windows 365 Cloud PC
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PSADT und Software Lifecycle Management...
