Job Responsibilities:



  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to the menu and the restaurant's standards

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of the junior kitchen staff

  • Ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented in a timely manner

  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area

  • Assisting in menu planning and suggesting new ideas for dishes

  • Ordering and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies

  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
