Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to the menu and the restaurant's standards
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
- Assisting in menu planning and suggesting new ideas for dishes
- Ordering and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
