Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.


Responsibilities:
  • Work across multiple teams and organizations
  • Coordinate and facilitate project and program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve the outcomes on time and within cost
  • Dependency management with robust risk mitigation routines and impediment removal
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to expected outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure work delivered complies with enterprise change management standards
  • Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders
