REPORTS TO: Security Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: Part Time Non-exempt
Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to help create a safe event experience for all guests at the Stranahan Theater by working in conjunction with the assigned Lucas County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Screening of guests through metal detectors and wanding to ensure safety of all.
+ Man assigned post during the entire event and report any suspicious activity.
+ Enthusiastically greet guests while looking for any potential threats.
+ Enforce facility policies (i.e., no smoking, no re-entry) by monitoring doors and sections.
+ Identify and respond to emergencies, involving Deputies as appropriate.
